 2015 Premier Girls Fastpitch National Championships- Week One- 10u, 12u and 18u Final Match-Ups.

Here are some of the Thursday bracket match-ups and results for the last remaining teams. The stage is set for the final championship games to begin Friday, in the 10u, 12u, and 18u age divisions.

18u Premier-

Wednesday Brackets:

All American Sports Academy over Firecrackers-Rico 3-2, (1st loss for Firecracker-Rico, drops to the loser bracket)

Thursday Brackets:

The 2015 Premier Girls Fastpitch (PGF) National Championships began this week in sunny Southern California. This highly regarded tournament is well known for attracting the top elite girl’s fastpitch softball teams in the country.

The 14u and 16u age divisions will be competing next week, August 1-8. All games will be played at three Orange County venues, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, and Irvine.

Recognized as one of the biggest and most significant events in girls fastpitch softball, the team competition draws hundreds of college coaches, all with a close eye…scouting players and looking for the next super talent to add to their college rosters.

Including players, parents, coaches and spectators, an estimated 32,000 people will be in attendance over the two week tournament.

OC Batbusters won the 18u National Title in 2014. So Cal Athletics 18u previously won back to back titles for the first four years of the tournament. 2014 National Champions in other age divisions were: 18u Platinum- OC Batbusters-Briggs, 16u Premier- So Cal Athletics-Myers, 16u Platinum-Cal Cruisers Evans, 14u Premier-Corona Angels Tyson, 14u Platinum-Courage, 12u Premier-So Cal Athletics Mercado.

The mission of Premier Girls Fastpitch is to provide a national platform on which fastpitch softball players can demonstrate their individual and team-enhancing skills, competing against the Best of the Best players and teams.

The objectives include upgrading those skills through the ultimate developmental step of games and showcasing those skills at the highest possible level of competition, so that both players and college scouts are afforded the most viable evaluation of their talents with bat, ball, and glove.

The Premier offers a competitive stage for players at ascending age levels. Teams are invited from around the country to the national games on the basis of proven performance, and/or, qualifying tournaments. Premier employs a championship format, which tests player and team endurance and capability, and is a vital preparation for the college years to come. Premier pursues a standard of excellence on and off the field, for players, coaches and umpires.

The team and players which stand on the top tier of this competition as national champions are truly the Best of the Best.
